Our mission

India has one of the largest pools of dance talent in the world — yet most dancers struggle to find paid work, and most hirers struggle to find the right dancer. Nriv exists to fix that. We're building the infrastructure that connects dancers with opportunities: auditions, gigs, studios, and each other.

What is Nriv?

• For dancers: Create a video portfolio, discover auditions filtered by city and style, apply in one tap, and get paid for your work.
• For choreographers & hirers: Post auditions, browse dancer portfolios with video reels, shortlist candidates, and message them directly.
• For studios: List your rehearsal space, connect with local dancers, and fill empty slots.

Trust & safety

Every audition on Nriv is reviewed for safety. Our Scam Shield system flags suspicious postings before they reach dancers. We verify studio listings and encourage users to report anything that looks off. Your safety is non-negotiable.
