Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nriv app and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service. The Service is operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and OTPs.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent to apply for paid casting calls.

3. Content and Conduct

You retain all rights to the videos, photos, and information you upload. By uploading, you grant Nriv a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.

You agree NOT to:

• Post fake auditions or casting calls.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users.
• Upload copyrighted material you do not own.
• Attempt to bypass our payment or application systems.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for Nriv Pro and promoted auditions are processed securely via our partners. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nriv acts solely as a venue to connect dancers and hirers. We do not employ dancers, nor are we responsible for the conduct of hirers, the safety of audition venues, or the payment of gigs. Users assume all risks associated with offline interactions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
